Climate Talk World Environment Day Event

climate talk photograph Members of the public are invited to come a long for a morning of fun and information about climate change and what they can do to make a difference.

The World Environment Day event will be held at the Council?s new EcoDepot, one of the biggest straw buildings in Europe, where there will be free information on energy, recycling and climate change.

The public will have an opportunity to test their knowledge with the climate change quiz, watch videos on different issues and have the opportunity to win prizes. They will also be free refreshments.

The event is free and by ticket only. It will take place from 9-12 pm on Tuesday 5 June at the Ecodepot, James Street.

You can play climate bingo at around 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30 am depending on number of participants. This times might change on the day.
